Step into nature and make a difference. As a Refugia Ranger, you’ll help care for our beautiful public spaces so everyone can enjoy them—and at the same time, you’ll be protecting local wildlife and creating healthier habitats for them to thrive.

No experience necessary, though we value any plant knowledge you bring!

We supply all the tools and instructions you need, or bring your own. 

Are you a middle or high school student?

Gain hands-on experience in habitat enhancement, learn valuable ecology skills, and make a positive impact on your community while growing your volunteer hours.
